Thomas Brandis, son of Richard Brandis and Elizabeth (?), was born on 6 May 1709 in Idlicote, Warwickshire.2,1 He was baptised on 8 May 1709 in Idlicote, Warwickshire.1
Thomas Brandis married Martha Walker in 1747 in Adderbury, Oxfordshire.2,1
Thomas Brandis died on 13 January 1788, aged 78, in Adderbury, Banbury, Oxfordshire.2 The inscription on his headstone reads as follows:
The Thomas Brandis who died in Adderbury may or may not be the same Thomas Brandis who was born and baptised in Idlicote. The weight of evidence so far suggests that they are the same person.
